Dear Parents, 

The end of the year is fast approaching and we still have a ton of work to complete. We completed Mama’s Birthday Present on Monday. As you know, some of our classes were taken up by the second monthly test and the outing to Guandu Nature Park. I will upload pictures to the blog and the Facebook page later today.

So we will write our review quiz for Mama’s Birthday Present this afternoon.

In the meantime we have started on our new story: A Trip to Washington D. C.

If you have any information to share with your child about this town, feel to do so. This is an expository text and focuses on real facts about the town.

On Friday we will have our Christmas talent show and hope to see you there. Our children have been practicing really hard for the event on Friday and things are only going to get more hectic. Our show is in the form of a fashion show so as we said before, so the kids can basically wear anything they want J.

For Christmas, we will do the same thing we did last year in terms of the gift exchange- each child will receive the name of another student. They will need to buy a gift to the value of not more than 200nt. Please wrap the gift or put it in a bag. We will exchange gifts on Christmas Day, December 25^th.
